Honestly impressed! The cover has that recycled texture but still feels sturdy, and the painted edges make it look more expensive than a typical giveaway. Our logo came out clean and even across the whole order. The ribbon marker and the accordion pocket got immediate use in our office. The pen is a solid everyday writer, not a throwaway.
