Everything arrived in good shape and the hinges feel sturdy. The drip ring and pourer were the pieces people noticed first when they opened it.

Seriously impressed! The wood case has that smooth, polished feel and our logo looks laser-sharp. We checked a handful from the shipment and the placement was consistent. The opener has a nice grip and doesn’t wobble when you use it. It came across as a real gift, not just another branded thing.

We were looking for a personalized wine opener set in a wooden box and this fit the bill. The cherry finish makes our logo stand out without fighting the grain. The little thermometer is a nice touch and feels like something a wine person would keep. No weird smell from the case either. A couple boxes had tiny dust from the wood, but it wiped off fast.

First thing I noticed was how clean the logo looked against the wood. The hinges open smoothly and the inside compartments are snug, so nothing shifts in transit. The drip ring and pourer are the pieces that feel surprisingly ‘real’ versus novelty. We gave these out at a small leadership offsite and they looked great in photos on the gift table. A few people immediately started playing with the opener like they couldn’t help it.
