We asked for a pretty specific brand color and it was matched better than most of our past merch orders. The lining detail is a fun extra, and it makes the bag feel higher-end when you open it. The removable shoulder strap is comfortable, even when you load it up. No weird chemical smell out of the packaging either. These feel like a real retail item.
