The packaging was straightforward and everything arrived in good shape. Our logo is centered and the print is crisp, even on the lighter barrel color we picked. The ink dries quickly so I’m not smudging my notes when I flip pages. The clicker feels solid and the pen doesn’t feel top-heavy. It’s the kind of thing people actually keep.

The chrome accents were a nice touch-makes it feel like a real office pen, not a throwaway promo. The print has a smooth finish and didn’t rub off when I tossed one in my bag with keys. Ink flow is steady and starts immediately. We used them at a customer workshop and they looked great on the tables.
