The lifetime warranty detail was a nice thing to mention when we handed these out. Our logo stitching looks consistent, and the thread doesn’t look fuzzy or uneven. The shoulder straps have that breathable mesh feel, which is a relief for commuting. I also like the media pocket on the strap-easy access without opening the bag. It just feels like a thoughtful design overall.
