These came out better than the photos online. The nurse outline is cute but still professional, and our clinic logo looked crisp on top. We used them as part of a wellness kit and they felt like a real item, not filler. The cold holds nicely after being in the freezer, and it didn’t get rock hard. Easy to wipe dry and toss back in a drawer.

The artwork proof matched what showed up, which was a relief. Our logo is centered and the edges look sharp, not pixelated. The gel inside spreads out evenly when you press it, so it lays flatter than I expected. We tried both cold and warm and it handled the quick test without leaking. Easy to rinse off with a little soapy water after it got handled all day.
