Obsessed! The logo looks ridiculously clean and the bag itself feels like a real retail product. We tested it with ice packs during a long onsite day and everything stayed cold way longer than expected. The strap system is clever-easy to clip and adjust without fiddling. Also appreciated that the handles can come off for packing.
