Honestly impressed! The branding looks premium, like it came that way from the manufacturer. We handed these out to a small group of partners and the reaction was immediate-people started using them the same day. The inside lining cleans up quickly after a bit of melted ice. The first thing I noticed was how clean the logo looked-no fuzzy edges, and the placement is spot on. The tote feels sturdy and the handles don’t dig into your hand. We packed it with cold drinks and a few food containers and it stayed chilled longer than our old promo coolers. I like that it doesn’t scream “swag,” it just looks like a nice bag. Easy to wipe out after.
