I opened the sample carton first and was glad there were no strange chemical smells. The handle edges feel smooth, not scratchy. We put several next to the dish sink for a workshop weekend, and they were easy for guests to figure out. They rinsed off quickly between uses. The simple wood finish also fits in better than the bright plastic cleaning tools we normally buy.

This arrived exactly when we needed it for our new-hire boxes. The brush head flexes enough to follow the inside of a bottle instead of just poking straight down. I also noticed the handle did not feel slippery after I rinsed it. Small thing, but it makes a difference at the sink. The rest are going into our kitchen cabinets for everyday use.

I like that it is not awkward to hold when the bottle is wet. It made cleaning a tall tumbler much less annoying.

The first one I tried worked well on a bottle that had a stubborn ring near the bottom. I did not need to use a separate cloth afterward. The handle is long enough to keep my hand out of the bottle opening, which I appreciate. Everything arrived dry and in good shape despite a rainy delivery day. thx for getting the order out quickly.
