The insulation is legit-my coffee stayed hot through back-to-back calls, and the outside never got too warm to hold. Our logo hasn’t faded after a few washes, which I didn’t expect this quickly. The lid parts fit together neatly and don’t feel flimsy. Really nice to hand out to senior folks without feeling cheap.
