The black laser mark is super clean and looks premium without being flashy. I ran one through the dishwasher twice already and it still looks the same. Nice weight in hand too.

We ordered a bulk logo mug for a partner event and the presentation was on point. The mugs came packed securely, and I didn’t have to deal with replacements. Our artwork looked exactly like the proof, including small text. The two-tone look makes it feel like a real retail mug instead of standard promo. People asked where we got them, which was a first.

So happy when I opened the cartons! The mugs have a solid feel and that two-tone look makes them seem more expensive than they are. Our logo came out clean with no fuzziness around the edges. We handed a few to the leadership team and they immediately started using them in meetings. The vintage finish gives it a warm, approachable vibe.

If you need dishwasher safe laser engraved mugs, the black ones are a safe bet. The mark looks permanent and stays readable even under office lighting. The vintage-style finish is subtle and doesn’t clash with modern logos. We had a few minor shade differences between mugs, but it actually adds to the handcrafted feel. No chips or cracks on arrival, which I appreciate with ceramics.
