The material feels durable and the straps don’t dig in when it’s loaded up. Our branding came out clean and the edges look sharp even on small text. I like that there are side pockets on both sides, so lefties and righties are happy. The bag stands up on its own when you set it down. It just feels well thought out.

The stitching is neat across the seams and handles, and nothing arrived with defects. The logo application looks smooth and even on every unit we checked. I like that there’s a quick front pocket for stuff you need at the door. The mesh side pockets are useful without looking flimsy. Overall it feels like something people will actually keep using.
