The color on the base is more natural than uniform, which makes it look less like a typical promo item. Print came out even and there were no random smudges.

The first thing I noticed was how smooth the glaze looks under office lighting. Our logo is sharp and the edges are clean-no bleeding. The bottom has a natural, baked look that makes the mug feel more like a retail piece. We hand washed a few right away and the print didn’t haze over. These feel sturdy when you set them down.

The natural base isn’t perfectly identical from mug to mug, but that’s actually what makes them feel premium. Our mark sits nicely on the glossy part and pops against the white.

The mugs look great right out of the box, no residue or odd marks. Our artwork was printed evenly across the order, and the placement is consistent. The glossy finish feels nice in hand and wipes clean easily. The base color varies a bit from piece to piece, but it gives them a handmade vibe. We tested one with hot tea and the mug felt comfortable to hold.
