Nice surprise right out of the shipping carton-everything was packed neatly and the boxes weren’t crushed. The pen has a good weight and feels like something you’d keep on your desk. The laser imprint is clean with no rough edges or burn marks. We used them as onboarding gifts and they looked polished sitting on top of the welcome note.
