The mug itself feels rugged and well finished, and the branding looks like it belongs on it. I appreciated the quick communication on the art proof-no back and forth forever. The lid helps when you’re moving around the office, especially near laptops. A couple mugs had tiny dust marks from packing but wiped right off. Overall the batch looked uniform.
