The cooler arrived looking exactly like the mockup, which is always a relief. Our logo is centered and the ink coverage is even, no patchy spots. The snap handles feel comfortable, and the strap makes it easy to carry when your hands are full. It also keeps its shape instead of collapsing. Feels like something people will actually keep using.
