The finish is the first thing I noticed-very sleek, not the usual shiny promo look. Our logo came out sharp with no jagged edges, even on the curved side. The interior color gives it a little “wow” without screaming for attention. I checked a handful from different boxes and they all looked the same. That consistency matters when you’re distributing them to clients.

These dishwasher-safe laser engraved mugs were exactly what we needed for our office kitchen. The mark looks refined and doesn’t have that sticker-like feel. The matte outer surface hides minor scuffs better than I expected. The inside glaze is glossy and easy to rinse clean. People have been reaching for these over our old mismatched mugs.
