First impression: wow! The towels feel thick and substantial, like something you’d buy at a nice resort. Our logo is super crisp and the edges of the mark are clean. We gave them out at a customer golf outing and they looked great in photos. Also, no weird fraying or loose threads on the ones I inspected. They just feel well made.
