I like that it sits close to the back instead of swinging around when walking. Small detail, but it made carrying a jacket and tablet much easier.

I have been carrying mine for several days and the shape has held up even when it wasn't full. It doesn't flop over like the cheaper packs in our supply room. The zipper pulls are easy to grab with one hand. Our logo is on the front, but the bag still looks like something people would choose for their own commute.
