I used mine during a day of errands first, just to see how it handled. The main compartment swallowed more than it looked like it would, including a book, charger, and rain shell. We put our name on the front in a narrow horizontal layout, and it works well with the shape of the bag. Our staff liked that it could go from commuting to a weekend walk without looking out of place. The key clip also saved me from digging around at the bottom twice that day.

The reflective tabs were a nice unexpected detail for people heading to their cars after dark. They don't make the bag look overly sporty either.

The first thing I noticed was how light it felt empty. Then I loaded it with the usual daily mess and it still wasn't awkward to wear. Our logo is positioned so it stays visible when the pack is hooked over a suitcase handle. That was useful for the travel group we gave them to. A colleague pointed out the little reflective loop while we were walking back from dinner, which I had completely missed.

This is a useful size for days when I don't need to bring everything with me. The drawcord top makes it easy to toss in a sweater at the last minute, then the zip pocket handles the smaller items. I like that the zipper pulls have a little grip instead of being tiny metal tabs. We received a sample image before production and made one placement adjustment, which was handled without any back-and-forth headache. The finished bags match the layout we approved.
