The buttons have a decent click to them, not mushy. I like that I can switch tracks without picking up my phone.

After a few days of people picking these up, setting them down, and carrying them around, the branding still looks unchanged. Our mark is on a part of the unit people notice right away. The buttons remain easy to find by touch. thx for getting the order here when promised.

Our black artwork printed well against the gray fabric panel. The ink doesn't have that shiny sticker look.

The first charge took a while, as expected, but after that it connected right away. The controls are simple enough that nobody had to ask how it works.

The artwork proof made the logo size clear, but seeing the finished units was still helpful. It isn't oversized, which was the right call for us. The design sits flat against the front panel and doesn't pull attention away from the rest of the item. We left one on the reception counter and it looks right at home there.
