The rope handles are the first thing I noticed. Soft, not scratchy, and they don’t dig in like flat straps can. Our branding is straight and sized exactly how the proof showed. We tossed a few heavy items in to test and the seams held up fine.

The stitching around the zipper is clean and even, which is usually where promo bags look messy. Our logo is well aligned across the whole order and didn’t vary from bag to bag. The rope handles feel comfortable in hand and on the shoulder. The tote holds its shape, so it doesn’t look floppy when it’s empty.
