The shape is a little wider than what we usually buy, and it sits nicely on desks without feeling bulky. Our single-color logo came out solid with no patchiness. I also like that it’s microwave-safe because people here constantly reheat coffee. The finish feels smooth and easy to grip.

We ordered these for a client drop and the imprint looks very polished. The matte inside is a nice detail you don’t notice until you actually use it. No chips in the shipment, which I was nervous about with ceramics. The handle feels “cozy” like described, not awkward or sharp.

Opened the cartons and the color looked consistent across all the mugs. Our logo is aligned the same on every one, which makes a big difference when you’re setting them out together. We ran a quick dishwasher test by accident (someone didn’t read the note) and the mug itself held up, but we’ll stick to hand-wash like instructed. The matte finish still looks great after a few uses.
