The bags arrived on time and the branding looked exactly like the proof. Material feels tough and the seams look reinforced in the right spots. I tested it with a laptop and a few heavier items and it carried comfortably. The zippers open wide so you’re not digging around for things. We gave a few to partners and they commented on how “non-promotional” it looks.

The color of the bag matched our expectations and didn’t have that cheap sheen. Our embroidered logo came out clean and readable, even with fine lines. The straps feel sturdy and the padding is comfortable for longer walks. I like that the front pocket is big enough for a notebook without bending it. A couple folks asked if this was a retail brand bag, which was a nice surprise.
