The straps sit comfortably even when the bag is full. Used it for a train ride the day it arrived and it was easy to keep under the seat.

I clipped a hand sanitizer holder to the outside ring and use it constantly. Small detail, but it saves a lot of rummaging around. The bag has enough structure that it stands up when I put it beside my desk. Our simple white logo has strong contrast on the black fabric. Nothing flashy, just easy to recognize.

The oversized drink pocket is the best part for me. My 40 oz tumbler fits with the handle hanging out, and I can still zip the bag closed.

Wow! This bag actually fits my big water cup in the outside pocket. That sounds minor, but it makes a difference when I'm carrying a laptop and don't want a bottle rolling around inside. The pocket keeps the cup handy during the day. The rest of the bag still feels compact on my back.

The front slash pocket made airport documents easy to grab. I appreciate that it is open but still tucked close to the bag.
