The first thing I noticed was how clean the embroidery looks on the fabric-tight stitching and no loose threads. The bag feels balanced when you wear it, even with a laptop and notebook inside. We used these as corporate gift backpacks for a partner meeting and they photographed really well. Packaging was tidy and everything arrived looking fresh.
