Shipping was smooth and the cartons weren’t beat up. I pulled random pieces from different boxes and the print looked the same on all of them. The pack has a nice weight to it, not paper-thin. We tried it cold on a sore wrist and it molded well. The back text with heating guidance is actually readable.

These were for a sports-medicine themed booth and they fit the vibe perfectly. The soccer design is already on the front, and our logo on the back still stands out. A few people asked if it was safe to heat, and the microwave instructions on the pack made it easy. The material feels thick and not flimsy. No weird chemical odor when warmed.

Wow, these look better than I pictured! The soccer ball print is bright and the logo we added is super readable.
