The top zip opens far enough that I can see what is inside right away. No more reaching down into a narrow opening for a cable. I like that the front area has its own space, so receipts and pens are not mixed in with larger things. The zippers run smoothly and have not caught on the lining. Simple layout, very usable.

Our shipment came in time for a staff trip, which was a relief. I tried one out with an umbrella in the side pocket and it stayed put while walking from the station. The fabric did not pick up every bit of lint from my coat either. A few people took theirs straight out of the cartons and started packing them.

I keep my office keys on the built-in clip now, which has already saved me from the usual morning search. The branded patch on ours is subtle, so it doesn't feel awkward carrying it outside of work. There are enough separate spots for the things I need every day. I especially like not having keys scrape against my phone. It is one of those bags that makes a routine a little less messy.
