Be Environmentally Conscious With A Reusable Water Bottle

Despite the summer months beginning to wind down and new years being a long way off, there is never a wrong time to reevaluate your health and make a change. One piece of advice that doctors and health advocates always mention if your goal is to lose weight is to make sure that you’re drinking at least eight glasses of water a day. Substituting that diet soda or even afternoon cup of coffee for water is an easy way to make the transition to living a healthier lifestyle. Another health expert suggested that you should take your body weight and divide it in half, and that’s how much water you should drink every day. Regardless of what your intention is, there’s no way to argue that incorporating more water into your diet greatly benefits your health.

I speak from personal experience on the subject as this summer I have decided to do an experiment to see if I could really tell a noticeable difference switching out diet soda for water, or even alternating between that or coffee and water. Not only has my skin cleared up, but also I’ve lost inches around my waist and feel great. I used to carry around water bottles with me everywhere I went but the cost and obviously the waste and harm to the environment made it impractical and nonsensical after a short period. I decided that the best thing to do was buy a water bottle to take with me everywhere to fill up at water coolers, fountains, and out of filters and do not miss the cost and guilt that I had drinking water bottle after water bottle. If you had not already considered it, buying a reusable water bottle is a great, inexpensive alternative to costly and harmful water bottles, and will make a noticeable impact on your help. Give it a chance, and you will be amazed that such a small transition can have such a positive impact on your life.
