Our artwork was placed clear of the zipper and didn't get chopped off at an awkward spot. That was something I worried about after seeing other promo bags online. The fabric has a nice sturdy feel without being stiff. We packed a few up as thank-you gifts and they looked good right away.

The shipment showed up a day before we expected it, which helped since we were packing them for a meeting. Each bag was in good shape, with no bent tags or loose threads that I could find. I tried both bottle holders with different bottles and they held them securely. The charcoal color also hides everyday scuffs pretty well.
